These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of knowledgesourceinc.com and to any course, workshop, webinar, practice exam or training program you register for with Knowledge Source Inc. (“Knowledge Source Inc.”, “KSI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or registering for training, you agree to these terms.
About Knowledge Source Inc.

Registration and Payment
- You can register for scheduled classes through our website, by phone or by email. For courses without a scheduled date, use the “Contact for Dates” form on the course page.
- Course fees are shown in US dollars on each course or event page. Pricing for private, on-site and corporate group training is provided on request.
- Where a course page offers it, you may choose to pay over time with Klarna. Available payment options are shown at checkout and are subject to eligibility.
- Your place in a class is confirmed once registration and payment are complete, unless we have agreed other arrangements with your organization in writing.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the type of training. The policy shown on the course or event page you register for applies to that class. In general:

| PMP® Certification Exam Prep, live virtual | Cancellations require a minimum of three weeks’ notice before the class start date, to allow for instructor preparation and materials processing. |
| Half-day live virtual classes (for example, data analysis and CPE courses) | Participants must cancel at least two weeks (ten working days) before the class, or tuition will be forfeited. |
| Professional and leadership development workshops | Cancellations made at least 5 working days before the workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations after that time are charged full tuition. |
| Private, on-site and corporate programs | The cancellation terms set out in the agreement or course page for that program apply. |

Substitutions and Course Materials
- Where the course page allows it, another person from your organization may attend in place of the original registrant.
- If course materials have already been shipped, the original registrant is responsible for making sure the materials reach the substitute attendee.
- Once a course materials access code has been activated, it cannot be transferred to another participant.
Course Prerequisites
Some courses list prerequisites or pre-class work on the course page. For example, attendees of Mastering Emotional Intelligence are asked to purchase and complete the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 assessment before class. Please review the course page before you register and complete any required preparation before the class starts.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit
Knowledge Source Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
As part of our sponsorship with NASBA, we provide at least three instances of engagement per CPE hour (50 minutes), such as open-ended questions, hand-raising and polling. You must respond to all three opportunities to engage in order to receive credit for that CPE hour. Knowledge Source Inc. retains these responses after all CPE classes for audit purposes.
Certification Exams
Our certification preparation courses help you prepare for exams such as the PMP® and PMI-RMP®. These exams are administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), not by Knowledge Source Inc. Exam eligibility, application, fees, scheduling and results are governed by the exam provider’s own policies, and completing a course does not guarantee that you will pass an exam.
Intellectual Property
Course content, workbooks, slides, exercises and other materials provided by Knowledge Source Inc. are for the personal use of registered participants. They may not be copied, recorded, shared, resold or distributed without our written permission. Content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Knowledge Source Inc. or its licensors.
PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PgMP® and PMI® are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Microsoft®, Excel®, Power BI® and related product names are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Other product names are the property of their respective owners.
Use of This Website
- Course descriptions, dates, fees and credit hours are provided in good faith and may change. The details confirmed at registration apply to your class.
- This website may link to other websites, such as NASBA or PMI. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.
- You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to access it without authorization or interfering with its operation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The terms in place at the time you register apply to that registration.
