Helpful tips for conducting a productive interview.I’m going to revisit existing Risk Plans and apply this new knowledge. I’ve learned how to identify “Risk Drivers” to enhance understanding of Risk Impact/ProbabilityThis will help build successful projects by good planning.Will identify risk upfront more via SWOT.Learned the concept of Issues v.s Risks. Applying issues to Project Plan, Risks to Risk Register. Nailing down drivers of Risk to better understand them.Now I can strategize on how to avoid or mitigate risks in my projects.Explanation of the nominal group technique and use of SWOT will both be applied to the PBX replacement project.I thought the entire class was well-organized, materials were appropriate and complete, and well presented. I wouldn’t change a thing!I’m an engineer so this was an introduction to Risk and how we deal with it on our projects. Very helpful!Great Risk techniques and strategies as well as risk analysis!Better understanding of identification and dealing with risk during project lifecycle. Material will be utilized during project development and implementation.
