Microsoft® Excel Basic Formulas Demo

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARTICIPATION: As part of our sponsorship with NASBA, we have agreed to provide at least three (3) instances of engagement per CPE hour (50 minutes). These may come in the form of open-ended questions, hand-raising, polling, and other techniques. You MUST answer or respond to all three opportunities to engage in order to receive credit for that CPE hour. Knowledge Source Inc. retains these responses after all CPE classes for audit purposes.
The Basic Formulas class will acquaint the user with an overview of Excel formulas where cell addresses are featured for effective formula copying. Relative vs. absolute referencing is discussed and demonstrated as well as exposure to general formula functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, MAX, MIN, and COUNT. The user will also be shown various Date functions such as TODAY, NOW, MONTH, YEAR, and DAY.
Objective: Upon completion of this course the novice Excel user will be able to complete spreadsheets by using a variety of formulas featuring basic computation along with using built-in Excel Functions.
