This virtual live training program is designed to highlight the leadership challenges and opportunities inherent in this Covid-19 crisis. Participants will learn the key leadership challenges that are inherent to the pandemic and how to address them. Participants will identify the three phases of leading a transition. Participants will share ways they have handled leadership so far and leave with new insights and an action plan to address their current situation.
