Workshop Summary:

Relationship management allows you to connect with others in ways that help them feel understood and supported. It is an essential emotional intelligence skill that enables you to effectively inspire and influence others, lead change and manage conflict, develop skills and abilities in others that result in their personal and professional success, and build effective and functional teams.  Once the first three domains of emotional intelligence – self-awareness, self-management, and social management – are developed, you are armed with the tools to establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

At the conclusion of this highly engaging and interactive workshop, participants will obtain the knowledge and develop the skills that will enable them to have an invaluable and immeasurable impact on their own lives, the success of others, and the sustainability of their organizations.
