Workshop Description:

The Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI™) is a powerful tool that uncovers how individuals interact with and view the world, their orientation to life, as well as their strengths and characteristics.  By identifying their uniqueness, individuality and differences from those around them, people are able to better understand themselves and others more clearly; the dynamics within personal and professional relationships, communication styles, leadership and management approaches, and preferences with engaging in and managing projects.

During this highly interactive session, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the sixteen MBTI™ personality types that fall under four distinct categories: Energy – how you recharge your battery; Information -what you pay attention to; Decisions – how you make them; and Living – how you like to live your life. Armed with this valuable information, they will then be able to better manage their time, solve problems, work with others, make decisions, absorb and deliver information and respond to stress and conflict – all of which are essential for maximum and enduring success.
