Holding Yourself and Others Accountable


Do you want to get better results?  Handle missed deadlines, poor behavior, and broken commitments?  Having to deal with these kinds of issues at work can really zap our own performance and that of our team.  This course will help us assess the performance gaps we are avoiding and those we may have handled poorly in the past. Drawing on recent organizational research, we will practice having effective conversations about accountability, learn how to avoid having the same performance conversations over and over, engage in winning problem solving strategies, and practice having more productive accountability conversations.
